Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Stratifi, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns and exchanges.
If Purchased at Stratifi.com:
We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date.
Orders placed between November 1st and December 31st will be eligible for returns until January 31st.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Apparel items (such as clothing and hats) must be unworn, unwashed, and must have original tags attached to qualify for a return or exchange.
Once your return has been processed by our team, you will receive an email confirming your refund or new exchange order.
Important Notes:
- If exchanging for a new item, you can shop with your return value credit.
- If the new item is less expensive, the difference will be refunded.
- If the new item costs more, you will be prompted to pay the difference securely during checkout.
Shipping charges for 1-Day and 2-Day express deliveries are non-refundable unless delayed by the carrier.
Stratifi is not responsible for non-Stratifi merchandise returned to our warehouse.
How to Start a Return or Exchange for Your Stratifi.com Order:
- Visit stratifi.com/return
- Enter your Stratifi.com order number (found in your order emails or packing slip)
- Enter the email address, phone number, or ZIP code associated with your order
- Select the items you wish to return or exchange
- Choose either a refund or an exchange
- Select your return method:
- Box and Ship It: Print a prepaid shipping label and packing slip, package your return, and drop it off with the designated carrier
- Drop Off at Happy Returns Location: Generate a QR code for package-free drop-off at a nearby Happy Returns bar
- Review and confirm your return request
- Return your items following the selected return method
- Once received and processed, you will get an email confirmation for your refund or exchange
Return Policy for Apparel Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached
- Items must be in the original condition in which they were received
If Purchased In-Store or from a Third-Party Retailer:
If you purchased Stratifi products from a physical store or an authorized online retailer, returns must be made directly to the place of purchase.
We are unable to offer refunds for products not purchased directly from Stratifi.com. However, we will evaluate exchange options for an item of equal value if you provide a valid proof of purchase from an authorized seller.
The item must be clean and unworn as determined by our team.
Products purchased from resale marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Poshmark) are not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty claims.
